When and how can I pay my Spring 2021 tuition and fees?

for Spring 2021, eBills will be issued starting Nov. 18 for all pre-registered students. New eBills are issued daily as students register for the first time for the spring or make adjustments to their schedules.

The due date is Jan. 5, 2021.

The Treasurer’s Office is open for payments Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you want to pay in person prior to leaving campus the team is here to assist you. You can reach the Treasure's Office by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please note that payments cannot be accepted by phone. Payments by credit card can only be paid in person or online through eBill. Checks can be paid in person, by mail or online through eBill.

Will there be any more financial assistance offered students since there is now a rise in housing costs?

The increase in the average weighted housing cost has already been adjusted on student accounts for 2020-2021. An option for additional assistance is the Student Emergency Fund studentaffairs.cofc.edu/student-emergency-fund-application.php. Where can I get more information on financial assistance for funding my laptop purchase?

If you are looking for additional financial assistance to help pay for your laptop, you must first have a completed FAFSA on file and your financial aid file requirements must be complete. Visit finaid.cofc.edu/financial-aid-information/general/applying-fin-aid/index.php for more details. Afterwards you may download and complete the COAAR request form finaid.cofc.edu/pdf-forms/COAAR.pdf Email the completed form to financialaid@cofc.edu.

If a student cannot afford to purchase a laptop and/or does not qualify for additional financial aid, the student can visit the technology loan web page to apply for a laptop it.cofc.edu/laptops/techloan. After applying for the laptop, IT will verify financial need and, if the student qualifies, IT will loan the student a used laptop. The form to apply is located on the technology loan web page it.cofc.edu/laptops/techloan.

When will someone be available to answer phone calls at the Financial Aid Office?

To accommodate as many people as possible please adhere to the below requirements.

*Limit your group to a maximum of two people

*Wear face masks to enter the building. These must be true face masks, not shirts pulled up nor any unsafe face covering

*Only two groups at the counter at a time with two groups waiting by the markers on the floor inside our lobby. If all spots are filled, please wait outside the building until a group leaves and please maintain social distancing.
