Argus is a financial analysis program often used with Microsoft Excel to forecast cash flows and value for real estate properties.

Audacity is a free program used for audio editing and recording. The program is a popular tool for creating and editing audio podcasts.

BlueJ is an integrated development environment for the Java programming language, developed mainly for educational purposes and commonly used by universities. Related links: Tutorials 

CutePDF Writer allows you to convert any printable document to PDF format. It installs as a virtual printer and is available from any application that offers a `Print` option. (Windows Only) Related links: Download Software

Diet Analysis Plus is a diet assessment program used to create personal profiles and to track types and serving sizes of foods consumed. The program includes over 22,000 food choices and ten reports. Related links: Tutorials

Finale Reader is a music notation software program.

GIMP or Gnu Image Manipulation Program, is a graphics editor used to process digital graphics and photographs. Typical uses include creating graphics and logos, resizing, cropping and retouching photos, altering colors, combining multiple images, removing unwanted image features, and converting between different image formats. It can be downloaded and used completely free of charge for any purpose. The office application suite was released with the aim of reducing the dominant market share of Microsoft Office by providing a free, open and high-quality alternative. SynchronEyes (122 Classroom Only) is classroom management software that connects the teacher's station with every student computer in the classroom. The program allows the instructor to communicate, monitor or collaborate with students individually or as a group.
