Alternate Viewing Locations will not be used for October 2020 ceremonies

Satellite locations are alternate viewing rooms designated for the Spring Commencement Ceremonies taking place in the Cistern Yard.

For Spring ceremonies, guests can view live coverage of the commencement ceremonies on a large screen at any of the satellite areas:

Tickets are not required for admission to these locations.  These sites are air-conditioned and have readily accessible restrooms.  Refreshments will also be available in the first floor of the Stern Center for purchase.  The satellite areas are especially appealing to senior citizens or to families with young children.

A "kid friendly zone" will be set-up on the second floor of the Stern Center, including Room 205 and the second floor lobby area. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

A Lactation Lounge will be available in the Stern Center for nursing mothers. Please check-in at the Stern Center Information Desk for more information on using the Lactation Lounge. A baby changing station is available in the Gender Neutral restroom in the Stern Center, second floor across from Room 206.

The satellite areas will open for seating at 2:30 p.m. on Friday for the afternoon ceremony and on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony and at 2:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony.  If the satellite location is full, guests will be directed to the next closest site with available seating.
