Graduation Application and Graduation Fee
Seniors who intend to graduate must apply to graduate online via their MyCharleston account at the beginning of the term in which all requirements will be completed. You will find instructions on how to apply here: Graduation Application Only students who have applied to graduate will be eligible to participate in a commencement ceremony. Seniors who miss the deadline to apply online should contact email@example.com for a paper “Late” graduation application. Make sure you apply for the term in which you will take your last required coursework. See your academic advisor for assistance to ensure you apply for the correct term.
You must be properly declared for your program of study before you submit your Graduation Application. Make any needed adjustments via POSM before applying. If you attempt to apply on line and receive an error, (such as a “no curricula” message) send an email to Graduation@CofC.edu to receive assistance.
ONLINE APPLICATION SCHEDULE (2016-2017)
Fall term: August 16, 2016 – October 1, 2016 (after Oct. 1st paper form required/$25 late fee added)
Spring term: December 22, 2016 -- February 1, 2017 (after Feb. 1st paper form required/$25 late fee added)
Summer term: February 6, 2017 -- March 15, 2017 (after Mar. 10th paper form required/$25 late fee added).
